We offer classes for every level, and each class is capped at 15 people so everyone can get the individual attention they need. All classes are first-come, first-served, so please sign up prior to class. If a class gets full, our trainers are happy to give personalized pointers.


Fit Club

Mondays, Wednesdays
6pm – 7pm

TWD Fit Club is a group fitness training program that involves cardio, resistance and strength training, core exercises and nutrition.

During the spring and summer, Fit Club meets outside and travels to the Detroit Riverwalk. A wide variety of exercises are completed at both locations.

Small group training is a fun and effective way for clients to take advantage of a trainer’s expertise at a lower financial investment - all while achieving results in a small group dynamic.

Small group training involves 1 personal trainer and 2-5 participants. In this semi-private setting, the trainer instructs and coaches the small group through a workout that will help them reach their goals.

Triple Threat

Mondays, Wednesdays
6am – 7am

Using kettlebells, dumbbells, and body-weight we flow with kettlebells while enhancing stability, balance and range of motion. Gain lean muscle and muscle endurance by incorporating dumbbells. Lastly, body weight to keep the intensity up and burn away those unnecessary calories!

Turn Up Tuesday

1pm – 1:45pm

Aerobic, strength and endurance…this fan-favorite will burn your muscles out with beastly cardio and high-intensity explosions. All done to the tempo of the latest music. Don’t forget your water bottle. No, seriously…don’t.
