Sterling is considered one of the country’s top fitness experts. He’s not only a fitness coach and motivator, but has a unique connection with his clients that stems from his own personal journey toward wellness. Before becoming a certified personal trainer, Sterling struggled with his own weight. After dropping over 60 pounds, he decided to help others reach their goals by sharing his fitness knowledge and success.

Kemilia is a Doctor of Physical Therapy. She specializes in the development, maintenance and restoration of maximum movement and functional ability. She conducts seminars, information sessions and leads The Wise Decision’s Corrective Exercise Clinics.

Wendell Bush

Wendell is currently working on his Bachelors in Kinesiology with a focus in Exercise and Sports Science at Wayne State University. He is a Pro Team Parkour Athlete at Movement United, and a former football and basketball athlete, so he sure knows his way around the body.

Erik is an experienced personal trainer who earned his undergraduate degree from Ferris State University while competing in Mixed Martial Arts as well as amateur boxing. He is set to graduate from Wayne State University’s Graduate program with a Masters of Education in Kinesiology and a concentration in Sports and Exercise Science in the summer of 2019.
